Beginning Wednesday (June 11), northbound traffic on Route 65 will be reduced to one lane in the area of the I-79 Neville Island Bridge through mid-July, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Along with the lane closure, the on-ramp to Route 65 from Kilbuck Street Viaduct will be closed.

PennDOT suggests the following detour:

- Take I-79 southbound to Exit 65 (Neville Island)
- Turn right onto Grand Avenue
- Follow signs to northbound I-79
- Re-enter I-79 northbound
- Take the I-79 northbound off-ramp to Route 65/Glenfield Road (exit 66)
