The Auxiliary of Sewickley Valley Hospital presented their yearly scholarships in February at a luncheon held at the Emsworth Club.

The two $1,000 scholarships are given on a yearly basis, by the auxiliary, to deserving students attending the Sewickley Valley Hospital School of Nursing.

This year's recipients were Cindy Palladini of Moon Township and Ashley Connelly of Wexford. Both students will be graduating on June 11.

"The Auxiliary of Sewickley Valley Hospital is extremely pleased to award Cindy and Ashley these scholarships. They are exemplary students and outstanding individuals," said Charlotte Bober, president of the auxiliary.
