No, because the area where I wanted to park was filled.

I think some changes should be made; I'll post a comment below to share.

I think it is nice that free parking is offered, but for most people it is unnecessary.
I find it a bit ridiculous when people who drive expensive cars balk at putting a quarter in a parking meter.

Perhaps free parking should be reserved for the shop employees who, for instance, commute here to brew our coffee or bake bagels and the like.

They aren't paid much and since they can't always take a break to run out and feed the meter, they end-up getting a lot of tickets. THAT is not very nice.
Just a thought.

You find it a bit ridiculous when people who drive expensive cars balk at putting a quarter in a parking meter - - - Those quarters turn into dollars. Maybe they're driving expensive cars because they don't throw away their quarters?

I don't think that it is a matter of spending quarters- come on those people can give up quarters left and right and STILL have enough for their Bentleys too!

It's the workers who have no choice to park in Sewickley, who are suffering. If you work an 8 hour day, and park at the 2-hour spots, you spend $4 per day parking- $20 per work week, $80 per month, $960 per year! I'm sorry but that is a lot for someone who works for minimum wage in the society we live in.

It's all well and nice that the people who get their $4.00 coffee in the morning can park for free but what about the people who have to make their living in this town.
