Domenico Mastroianni
Edgeworth, formerly of Sewickley
Domenico Mastroianni, 91, of Edgeworth and formerly of Sewickley, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2008, at Good Samaritan Hospice surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Aug. 11, 1916, one of four children to the late Giovanni and Rosa (Molinaro) Mastroianni.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Esterina Vescio, and brothers, Michael and Battista Mastroianni, who made the supreme sacrifice for the U.S. during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sarah F. Mastroianni; his children, Rosemary Darroch and her husband, Robert, of Center Township, and James Eric Mastroianni of Edgeworth; four grandchildren, Robert Darroch, Alissa Nolf, Brent and wife, Nicole Darroch, and Raymond P. Darroch; and two great-grandchildren, Alanna Darroch and Amber Nolf.
He was a member of Baden American Legion and a former member of Sewickley American Legion.
He was retired from Pittsburgh DesMoines, Neville Island.
He was a faithful member of St. James Church.
A funeral Mass will be held today, Thursday, at 10 a.m. in St. James Church with the Rev. Daniel Valentine officiating.
Burial with full military honors will follow in St. James Cemetery.

Pauli Nash
Leetsdale resident
Pauli A. (Love) Nash, 69, a Leetsdale resident for the past 40 years, passed away on June 6, 2008, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Indiana, Pa., on March 11, 1939, one of five children born to the late Ronald James and Alberta Grace (Raybould) Love.
Mrs. Nash's family was her life. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Her was a meticulous gardener, working with the soil producing beautiful flowers and delicious vegetables.
She was retired from security at Hussey Copper and a member of the Leetsdale VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, George E. Nash; two loving daughters, Tracy Nash and husband, James, Vanlandingham, and Erin Nash, all of Leetsdale; three cherished grandchildren, Teagan, Jared and Brodie; one sister: Susan Schafer and husband, John, of Brookline; three brothers, Ronnie Love of McKeesport, John Love of North Versailles, and Samuel Love and wife, Barb, of Turtle Creek.
Pauli requested no visitation or service.
Arrangements were made by Copeland's Sewickley.
